These cookies are so easy to bake and so flexible. Enjoy them hundreds of ways: coat them with chopped walnuts, sliced almonds, coconut, chopped hazelnuts ( or leave them plain) and fill with raspberry, apricot, guava, mango or pineapple fillings.
