Size Matters
Here at Sweet Maria’s it’s no secret that we love cake.
But how much cake is too much cake? How much cake is not enough cake? These can often be daunting questions. When planning a celebration here are some things to consider:
how many guests are attending? If you are waiting for responses, you can wait and get a more accurate count for the cake order.
Is it a big dessert crowd? If you know your guest love cake or you want to send them home with leftovers, this will make difference in the size of the cake.
Are there other desserts being served? If Aunt Julia is making cookies, and Aunt Jo is baking brownies and your Mom is baking her famous sponge cake, you might not need to order a cake to feed your entire party.
We can help guide you through the ordering process. We use a very generous serving size so our cakes always serve more than we suggest.
